- If The Tuttle Group lists and sells the property, our commission rate would be 2.5%
- If the Tuttle Group co-brokes the property our commission rate would be 1%, the other realtor’s compensation would be 2.5% for a total of 3.5%
- If a buyer is located from your efforts you will not be required to pay us a commission.
- If you are not satisfied with us for any reason you may terminate our contract in writing, before the property is in contract.
- We will host broker open houses, make the property available to other brokers on the CMLS, advertise the property in newspapers and on the internet, and hold public open houses if the owner desires.
